Ex-voto to Mercurius Caesar Augustus

Ex-voto to Mercury (patron god of merchants, messengers, lawyers and thieves), dedicated by Caius Iulius Phi[on?], with permission of the decurions (members of the municipal senate). Reading the inscription is challenging because the monument is cut on one side, but all indications suggest Mercury is referred with the epithets Caesar and Augustus, which could integrate the monument as part of official religious act of the imperial cult.
