Objectives / Services: the main objective of CML websites is to offer its users content, news, services, institutional information, among others.
Access and use of this website is the sole responsibility of the user, who must accept these Terms and Conditions of Use and the Data Protection and Privacy Policy transcribed herein. The use of this website as well as the relations between CML and users are governed by the applicable Portuguese legislation.

5. USER RESPONSABILITIES/ PROHIBITED USES
The user may download or copy material strictly for personal use, but CML remains the owner of the respective copyright.
The user shall not attack or illicitly use CML systems or websites, and will be held responsible and bear all costs associated with illegal actions attributed to same user. Among others, the following are considered illegal actions:

9. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our Data Protection and Privacy Policy is intended to inform users of the general rules for processing personal data, which are collected and processed in strict respect and compliance with the provisions of the personal data protection legislation in force at any time, namely the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as well as Law 58/2019, of 8 August, that ensures the execution of said regulation within the Portuguese legal framework.

These Terms and Conditions of Use and any rights and licenses granted herein may not be transferred or assigned by the user, but may be assigned by CML to third parties without any restriction.
11. INTERPRETATION AND SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by Portuguese law and shall be construed in accordance with Portuguese law.
Conflicts and disputes of any nature relating to the formation, execution or interpretation of this contract, will be governed by Portuguese law and submitted to the jurisdiction of the judicial courts of the region of Lisbon, with express waiver of any others.
