In the churchyard of the São Tiago dos Velhos church, there is a probable funerary gravestone, with rounded top, with imperceptible inscriptions, but where, according to local oral tradition, one could read Amoena Maelgian, (Amena from Malgeino). It was identified in a house nearby the church, where it was reused as building material.
